Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal issues Covid-19 guidelines to control increasing Covid-19 cases. As per the guidelines, the central government offices in Delhi will follow the government orders, however, the private firms will function with 50% of the staff. Multiplexes and cinema halls will shut till further orders. Only weekly one market per zone with 50 % of vendors will be allowed. Restaurants can operate  with 50%  capacity from 8 am to 10 pm. With that bars can also operate with 50% capacity from 12 noon to 10 pm.

Ganguly had a minor fever on Sunday (December 26) and got the covid positive report on Monday evening, Ganguly was admitted to Woodlands Hospital shortly after his COVID-positive report came in, after undergoing treatment for a cardiac issue earlier this year. According to family sources, the hospitalisation was merely a precaution and there was no reason to be concerned. 31 out of 54 Omicron patients discharged in Maharashtra

31 patients out of 54 who were infected with the new coronavirus variant Omicron in Maharashtra till now  have been discharged from hospitals  on Monday.
