State Agriculture Minister Badal Patralekh inaugurated the world famous Shravani Mela on 3rd of July at Baba Baidyanathdham temple in Deoghar, the inauguration was conducted with the chanting of devotional mantras by eleven priests. The Mela will last till 7th of September. Mr Badal said that the year 2023 will celebrate 8 Mondays of Shravani mela which means this year the month of sawan will be observed for two long months.
