Actress Kangana Ranaut started her Sunday with a major misunderstanding in the central government's anti-cheating bill, which has been drafted to stop cheating in examinations, for a bill to prevent cheating in relationships. Not just that, but she went on to pen a long note demanding ban on "hookups and polygamy", only to delete all of it later.
