Bihar reported 1,432 new COVID-19 cases taking the total to 18,853 on Tuesday. According to the State Health Department, the total number of cases has reached 18,853 in the state, with 12,364 patients recovered from the viral infection. Complete lockdown will be enforced in Bihar from 16 July to 31 July to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the state. The state government on Tuesday issued guidelines regarding the 16-day lockdown.

The Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee has announced the Madhyamik result 2020 West Bengal board date. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, or WBBSE, will announce the Class 10 result tomorrow. Students can check the Madhyamik, or Class 10, exam results on the official websites -- wbbse.org and on wbresults.nic.in. Actor-singer Divvya Chouksey died on Sunday after a year-and-a-half long battle with cancer. She was 28.Divvya Chouksey wrote in last message to fans,”S**t Happens, I’m Strong”.
