Walmart's Flipkart has filed a legal challenge against an antitrust investigation ordered against the company in India, a court filing seen by Reuters showed, following a similar petition by its rival Amazon.com Inc.The Competition Commission of India (CCI) in January ordered a probe into alleged violations of competition law and certain discounting practices by the two e-commerce giants, but a state court put the investigation on hold last week following a challenge by Amazon.Flipkart's legal filing was aimed at signalling the company is aggrieved by the CCI's probe order, a person familiar with the matter said.

French airports operator ADP, which operates Paris airports Roissy and Orly, has bought a 49 per cent stake in GMR Airports for 1.34 billion euros ($1.45 billion), ADP said on Thursday. GMR Airports has a portfolio of seven airports in three countries: India, the Philippines and Greece. EESL signs MoU with BSNL to install 1000 public charging stations across India

 Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a joint venture of four National Public Sector Enterprises under Ministry of Power, Government of India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), an Indian state-owned telecommunications company for the installation of public charging stations to boost e-mobility adoption across India.
