The flood situation in Bihar continues to remain grim with over 10 lakh people affected by the deluge across the state, while the official death toll has climbed to 18. Among the worst affected districts in Bihar are West and East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Kishanganj, Muzaffarpur, Gopalganj, and Khagaria, all of which have reported flood-related deaths. New Delhi: The coronavirus recovery rate in Delhi has improved further and crossed 87 per cent as the number of active cases dipped to 12,657 - the lowest in seven weeks.
