After the government of India banned 59 Chinese apps for everyone in the country, the Indian army asks soldiers and officers to delete 89 apps from their smartphone. The report first comes from news agency ANI. The agency posted a full list of 89 apps on Wednesday. Notably, the list includes more than just apps with China origin such as Facebook, Tinder, Instagram, among others. Lockdown has been extended in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and West Bengal till July 31 due to the continuous spike in COVID-19 cases and deaths. The Uttar Pradesh government on Thursday announced lockdown in the state from 10 pm on Friday till 5 am on July 13. All offices, markets and commercial establishments will remain closed. Buses and other public transport will be off the road. An Indian Army convoy was attacked by a group of terrorists in Pampore durinh which a lady sustained minor injuries. According to the police, the attack on the Army convoy took place in Ladoo area of Pampore in Awantipora district of South Kashmir.  The lady, whose identity has not been revealed, got minor injuries and was shifted to nearby hospital for treatment and was discharged. After the attack, whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers all the entry and exit points are sealed in the area.
