This move comes as a strategic step following the success of BASF’s Exponus® Insecticide, further solidifying its position in supporting agriculture in India.Efficon® stands out as an industry-first solution, offering a unique class of chemistry (IRAC group 36) with a novel mode of action tailored to effectively control piercing and sucking pests. These pests have long plagued Indian agricultural crops, causing significant damage and resulting in up to 40% loss in productivity and yield.
Indian farmers are among the first worldwide to gain access to BASF’s latest innovation, Efficon Insecticide. This new formulation, powered by Axalion® Active, promises to revolutionize pest management practices in the region.
