The Rajya Sabha MP from Mizoram, K. Vanlalvena, on Tuesday urged the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to consider the plight of the people protesting against the military rule in Myanmar and relax its policy towards Myanmar refugees crossing over to India. An official release said that raising the issue at the Zero Hour in the Rajya Sabha, Vanlalvena informed the House that over 300 Myanmar nationals who have crossed the border are currently taking shelter in Mizoram, of which about 150 are police personnel. Ahead of the South Africa tour, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday confirmed that one member of the squad has tested positive for coronavirus. DENSU to organize blood donation camp in Dimapur: Nagaland

Dimapur Eastern Nagaland Students’ Union (DENSU) in alliance with National Integrated Forum of Artists & Activists (NIFAA) has informed that it would be organising blood donation camp on March 23, 2021, 10 a.m., at district hospital Dimapur. Again covid spreads in a huge number

As the city continues to report fewer number of new cases of Covid-19, the number of tests being conducted too has seen a dip in the last one week. The recent increase has been led by Maharashtra. COVID-19 infections in some parts of the country described by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an "emerging second peak. The number of new cases in the capital in the last 24 hours stood at 536. Deaths increased by 188, the highest in two months.
