Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio has added more mobile phone customers than Bharti Airtel in February 2021, bucking a trend of losing to the Sunil Bharti Mittal-led telco for six straight months. Govt approves procurement of 150,000 units of DRDO’s ‘Oxycare’ system

PM CARES Fund has granted sanction for procurement of 1,50,000 units of the ‘Oxycare’ system developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for Rs 322.5 crore. Under this, 1,00,000 manual and 50,000 automatic Oxycare systems along with NRBM (non-rebreather mask) masks will be procured. The Oxycare system delivers supplemental oxygen based on the SpO2 levels and prevents the person from sinking into a state of Hypoxia. "The basic version consists of a 10-litre oxygen cylinder, a pressure regulator cum flow controller, a humidifier and a nasal cannula.
