The Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indira Gandhi Open University (IGNOU). The partnership aims to link vocational education and training with higher education, making India’s youth employable by creating avenues for them to access better work opportunities. Three Navy personnel killed in explosion on warship INS Ranvir

At least three naval personnel died in a blast onboard Indian Navy destroyer INS Ranvir on Tuesday. According to available inputs, several others were injured in the incident that happened at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai. 11 sailors with injuries are being treated at the local naval hospital, the Navy said. The explosion occurred in an internal compartment on the ship. Responding immediately, the ship's crew brought the situation under control, preventing any major material damage, the Navy said. Two Indians killed in a suspected Houthi drone attacks near Abu Dhabi airport. According to the reports, the two Indians were among six injured in the attacks. Among the injured two were discharged on Monday night after medical treatment. In the attack Pakistani national were killed and six others injured in the attack claimed by Houthi rebels in Yemen. The explosions were caused by "small flying objects", possibly drones, that hit three petroleum tankers in Abu Dhabi. The embassy in Abu Dhabi said that the identities of the two Indian nationals are identified.
