Rotaract Club launches a women empowerment initiative

In line with the vision of Guwahati Metro in association with Rotaract Club of Guwahati Metro, launched a women empowerment initiative, SABALA, on Dhanteras, the 2nd of November 2021. The objective of the programme was to empower women from the lower strata of the society to become self-reliant. Under the programme, Rotary Club of Guwahati Metro organized a training for 3 months on the sewing machine, for 10 women in association with Ratna peeth Education.
