In partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), the National Center for Good Governance (NCGG) completed its flagship Capacity Building Program (CBP) for the 58th batch of Bangladesh Civil Servants, in which 45 officers participated. The program focused on designing and executing effective public policies and programs to improve the quality of life of citizens. In his concluding remarks, Bharat Lal, Director General, NCGG urged the officers to be responsive to the needs of the people and stressed on the vital importance of redressal of public grievances in a time-bound manner.
