With World Diabetes Day around the corner on November 14, health experts are urging Indians to include nutrient-rich foods such as California Almonds in their daily diet to help manage blood sugar levels. This year’s theme, “Diabetes in the Workplace,” highlights the need for awareness and supportive environments to manage diabetes effectively. Almonds, rich in protein, unsaturated fats, dietary fiber, and 15 essential nutrients, are recommended for improving glucose control, particularly among people with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes.
