Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) has launched a global initiative, ‘WomenAlly: Allies in Action,’ to mark International Women’s Day 2025. Spanning Asia, Africa, and Latin America, the month-long program honors individuals advocating for gender inclusion and workplace equity. GCPL has outlined four key platforms for reinforcing gender inclusivity, including a docu-film on women in sales, manufacturing site discussions on allyship, and the ‘WomenAlly’ event at Godrej One in Mumbai.
