33rd Anniversary function of down town hospital held at down town hospital Auditorium on 15th of February 2022 . Shri Dhruba Hazarika,Former Chairman of APSC and Eminent Writer and Recipient of Sahitya Akademi Award 2021 Smt. Anuradha Sarma Pujari blessed the occasion as the Chief Guest of Honour respectively. Shri Hazarika congratulated Dr. N.N Dutta for releasing his second edition of his book and providing 33 years of untiring services rendered to the people of North East Region. He also inaugurated the 33rd edition of down town Newsletter with Ms. Gariasi Dutta, Director of down town hospital and the editor of the Newsletter.
Smt. Anuradha Sarma Pujari inaugurated a book “Emails from my Grandpa” by Saanvi Dutta Das, who is 10 years old. She is the daughter of Ms. Gariasi Dutta, Director and Dr. Rupam Das, Consultant Diabetologist of down town hospital.
33rd Anniversary of down town hospital has ended with the 30th down town Public Oration & Award function at Machkhowa, Guwahati. This year the 30th Public Oration was delivered by Dr. Suresh Chakravarty, Professor of the Department of psychiatry, GMCH on Teenage Suicide.
