Renowned artist Zubeen Garg inaugurated the OT complex in the Guwahati Down Town Hospital. Dr. N.N.Dutta, Chairman and Managing Director, Dr. B.K Gogoi, Medical Director, Prof. Bandana Dutta,whole Time Director, Mr . Biswa Dutta, Director, other Directors, the entire Orthopaedic Team, Senior Orthopaedic Surgeons from the city and members of down town hospital were also presented at the ceremony.
The new modern Glass Panel Modular Orthopaedic Operation Theatre Complex is the first of its kind in Assam with dedicated Trauma and Joint Replacement OTs and sophisticated OT table ( MAQUET, Germany) and High end XLED lights . The OT is supported by Ultramodern 4k video Arthroscopy from Arthrex, Germany. The OT was build keeping in consideration the guidelines of NABH & ASHRAE.
