ZOYA goes Pink: ABD Maestro unveils mix berries gin amid premium spirits boom

ABD Maestro Pvt. Ltd., the super-premium and luxury spirits arm of Allied Blenders & Distillers, has launched ZOYA Pink Mix Berries Gin, expanding its premium ZOYA portfolio with a small-batch, craft-led offering. The launch comes at a time when India’s premium spirits segment is witnessing strong growth, driven by younger consumers exploring craft beverages and experimental cocktails. Industry trends show rising demand for flavour-forward spirits with strong visual appeal and elevated drinking experiences, positioning India as a key global market.

ZOYA Pink Mix Berries Gin blends a classic juniper base with strawberry, cranberry, blackberry, and raspberry, creating a visually striking, smooth, and “berrilicious” finish. Crafted in small batches using premium grain neutral spirits and globally sourced ingredients, the product reflects the brand’s focus on quality and refinement. Designed for versatility, it caters to occasions ranging from brunches to evening gatherings.

Commenting on the launch, Managing Director Bikram Basu said the new variant aims to “reimagine the gin experience” through a balance of artisanal botanicals and indulgent berry flavours. In Kolkata, the premium spirits segment has been steadily expanding, supported by a growing urban consumer base and a rising cocktail culture across bars and lounges. Industry observers say products like ZOYA Pink could find traction among younger consumers seeking visually appealing, flavour-rich drinks. The city’s evolving hospitality sector and preference for premium experiences are expected to support demand once the phased rollout reaches eastern markets.

Currently available in Maharashtra at ₹2,500, the gin will be introduced in key markets across India in phases.
