Global technology leader Xiaomi has announced the launch of 10 Premium Service Centres across major Indian cities, redefining the after-sales experience with faster service, comfort-driven design, and hands-on product engagement. The centres are now operational in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kochi, while Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad will follow soon.
According to Sudhin Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, Xiaomi India, “Our goal has always been to build more than products — we aim to create lasting connections with our users. These centres reflect our commitment to elevate the customer experience and strengthen our bond with the community.”
Each centre will feature 95% same-day repair turnaround, supported by advanced diagnostics, spare parts inventory, and multilingual customer assistance. They also promote inclusivity with women-led service teams and paperless operations under Xiaomi’s sustainability vision. In Kolkata, the new service hub is expected to boost Xiaomi’s reach in eastern India, offering users in and around the city faster access to technical support and an immersive product showcase, reinforcing the brand’s strong regional presence. With plans to establish 100 Premium Service Centres nationwide, Xiaomi continues to expand its customer-first ecosystem across India.
