Workplace Health 2030: Godrej Industries Group and Global Partners aim to reinvent well-being for new era of work

Godrej Industries Group, in collaboration with The Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces (GCHW) and Arogya World, will host the Global Summit 2025 and the 14th Annual Healthy Workplace Conference on November 20–21 at Godrej One, Mumbai. Themed “Workplace Health 2030: Redefining the Future, From Wellness to Vitality,” the two-day event will bring together global leaders, health experts, and corporate changemakers to explore holistic well-being, mental health parity, AI-driven predictive health, empathetic leadership, and ESG-linked wellness metrics.

Keynote speakers include Dr. Rati Godrej, Banmali Agrawala, and Sumit Mitra, with insights from international experts such as Hector Garcia and representatives from OECD, National University of Singapore, Pfizer, and Allianz. Sessions will focus on integrating technology, culture, and leadership to foster resilient organizations, alongside workshops on mindfulness and personalized wellness programs. The Summit will also present the Global Healthy Workplace Awards and announce Arogya City Mumbai, promoting community health.

In Guwahati, local business leaders and HR professionals are closely watching the summit, anticipating adoption of advanced wellness practices across workplaces in Assam. Companies in the region are expected to explore ESG-linked wellness frameworks, mental health initiatives, and AI-driven health monitoring to enhance workforce productivity and retention.
