Nissan Motor India celebrated Children’s Day with a unique nationwide initiative titled “Nissan Little Champs”, offering an interactive and hands-on learning experience for children aged 10–15 years. Held across Nissan service centres, the programme engaged 1,304 children of Nissan owners, introducing them to the world of automobiles through simple, fun, and educational modules.
The event featured three structured sessions—“Do You Know?” on car basics, “Know Your Nissan” covering the brand’s safety tools and innovation journey, and a “Walk Around” tour of the Nissan Magnite and service facilities. Each workshop aimed to spark curiosity and build foundational automotive understanding in a safe environment. Managing Director Saurabh Vatsa said the initiative was designed to “bring children closer to the exciting world of Nissan cars through a safe, hands-on learning experience.”
In Guwahati, dealers in the region reported strong enthusiasm from Nissan families, reflecting the city’s rising interest in automobile education and brand engagement. Local dealers noted that such initiatives also help boost customer sentiment, especially as Guwahati remains a rapidly expanding market for compact SUVs like the Nissan Magnite. The programme concluded with certificates and branded goodies for all participants. Nissan highlighted its ongoing commitment to child welfare through CSR partnerships with Smile Train India and The Akshaya Patra Foundation. The company also reiterated the global success of the 5-star GNCAP-rated Nissan Magnite and shared updates on the upcoming Nissan Tekton C-SUV, set for launch next year.
