STAFF REPORTER: At least seven IPS officers from West Bengal have already been summoned for virtual interrogation by the Enforcement Directorate. The ED has issued a summons to top officers in the ranks of ADG, DIG, and SP of the Indian Police Service. The CBI has already examined several of the officials in cases involving coal and cattle smuggling. For the first time in these seven officers, Asansol-Durgapur Police Commissioner Sukesh Jain has been called.
