The report, which evaluates the mobile experience of 4G users, highlights Vi’s dominance in delivering superior data, voice, video, and gaming experiences.
Vi’s exceptional performance is especially notable across the diverse and challenging terrains of the Seven Sisters – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura. The telecom operator stands out with the highest data speeds in the region, providing unmatched video and gaming experiences. Vi also leads in voice call quality, further cementing its position as the top performer in all consumer experience categories. This achievement is a result of Vi’s continuous investment in its network, with the operator expanding its 4G capacity across over 8,000 sites in the region. Vi operates on multiple spectrum bands (L1800, L2100, L2500), ensuring enhanced connectivity and faster internet speeds. The company’s recent ₹18,000 crore fundraise in April 2024 is a testament to its commitment to network enhancement.
