Vi outshines competitors in key areas, including Data, Voice, Video, and Gaming experiences, ensuring seamless connectivity for users in both urban and remote regions.
The report highlights Vi’s network dominance across the diverse terrains of West Bengal and Sikkim, including North Bengal’s challenging landscapes. Vi’s commitment to providing superior 4G speeds and top-notch video and gaming experiences has earned it recognition as the leader in 4G voice app experience. The company operates on multiple spectrum bands (L900, L1800, L2100) and has significantly enhanced its 4G capacity with over 12,000 sites across the region.
In Gangtok, Vi’s continued expansion efforts have contributed to stronger indoor coverage and faster internet speeds. With new 900 MHz spectrum added to over 6,800 sites, the operator has improved connectivity in Sikkim’s capital, ensuring that even users in the most remote areas enjoy reliable service. Vi’s ongoing network upgrades and plans to add 1,000 new sites will further strengthen its position in the region.
