The daily cash pickup and delivery limit for doorstep banking services has been increased to ₹25,000, allowing customers to receive up to four financial services per month at their doorstep without any charges. Other services include cash pick-up, demand draft delivery, and cheque pick-up.
Additionally, non-financial documentation services like profile update, Form 15G/H submission, and debit card reissuance will be offered within the branch’s operational proximity.
