TVS Motor Company (TVSM) today launched the TVS NTORQ 150, India’s quickest and first hyper sport scooter, powered by a 149.7cc race-tuned O3CTech engine. With segment-leading acceleration of 0–60 km/h in 6.3 seconds and a top speed of 104 km/h, the scooter is priced at an introductory Rs. 1,19,000 (ex-showroom, all India).
The NTORQ 150 draws inspiration from stealth aircraft design, featuring MULTIPOINT® projector headlamps, aerodynamic winglets, a naked motorcycle-style handlebar, signature ‘T’ tail lamp and coloured alloy wheels. It also debuts India’s most advanced hi-res TFT cluster with 50+ connected features including Alexa and smartwatch integration, turn-by-turn navigation, vehicle tracking and OTA updates. Safety features include ABS, traction control, hazard lamps, emergency brake warning and follow-me headlamps.
In Guwahati, dealers expect strong demand for the NTORQ 150, citing the city’s growing appetite for premium two-wheelers among college youth and young professionals. With its mix of sporty design, cutting-edge tech and practical safety features, the scooter is seen as well-suited to Assam’s urban market where performance and connectivity are becoming top priorities.
