TVS Motor Company has announced the international debut of the TVS Apache Racing Experience (ARE GP) with the launch of its first overseas event in Nepal. The day-long programme, held at the Vehicle Academy and Research Center in Satungal, marked a key milestone as the company celebrates 20 years of the TVS Apache brand. The Apache Racing Experience is a structured platform that allows Apache owners to test the racing potential of their motorcycles in a safe and professionally managed environment, while learning advanced riding and racecraft from seasoned TVS Racing champions. The first selection round in Nepal saw participation from over 55 riders and drew around 300 visitors.
Riders competed across three classes—160cc, 200cc and 310cc—on a technically designed circuit with 10 challenging corners. Performance was judged on fastest lap timings. The top three finishers in each category earned a chance to race at the Madras International Circuit in April 2026, competing with riders from four countries. Winners will receive rewards including an all-expenses-paid MotoGP experience and entry into the TVS India One Make Championship. The event also featured performance shows, gymkhana sessions and cultural programmes.
Vimal Sumbly of TVS Motor Company said Nepal’s growing performance biking community made it a natural choice for expansion, while Shahil Agrawal of Jagdamba Motors said the initiative would help nurture local racing talent. In Guwahati, motorsport-led branding by TVS is steadily influencing buyer interest in premium and performance motorcycles. Dealerships in Guwahati have reported rising enquiries for Apache models, driven by younger riders seeking race-inspired technology and brand credibility linked to professional motorsports.
