Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched its second “Great 4X4 Expedition” in India, starting from Lonavala hill station. This follows the successful first expedition in May 2023, held at Sakleshpur in Karnataka State. The second leg of the experiential drive focuses on 4X4 SUVs.
TKM launched its first 4×4 experiential drives in May 2023, targeting motoring enthusiasts across four regional zones. The initiative aims to connect participants with their sense of adventure, inspire exploration, and deliver ‘Mass Happiness’ and ‘Mobility for All’. Marking the flag-off of the ‘Great 4×4 Expedition’ in western region of India, Mr. Atul Sood – Vice President, Sales and Strategic Marketing of Toyota Kirloskar Motor, stated,“ Also, we would like to thank Idemitsu and Yokohama as our official Engine Oil and Tyre partner respectively, for partnering and supporting this project”.
Toyota is organizing the first-ever Great 4×4 Expedition in India, featuring a convoy of SUVs including the legendary Hilux, Fortuner 4×4, LC 300, and Hyryder AWD. The experiential drive will take participants to the Rajmachi waterfalls and showcase the capabilities of 4X4 vehicles on a meticulously designed 4WD track with natural obstacles. Toyota prioritizes customer safety and security.
