Three stores on S.F. Road in Siliguri were destroyed by a massive fire late on Wednesday night, which caused a lot of commotion in the neighborhood. Local sources claim that the fire started at around two in the morning after a loud explosion, with flames visible rising from one of the stores. Locals think a gas cylinder explosion caused the fire to start at a biryani shop. After several hours of work, three fire engines that had arrived on time were able to contain the fire.
