The Body Shop sparks change in India

The Body Shop is launching a new communication campaign in India to showcase three female changemakers who embody the brand’s signature, “changemaking beauty”. The campaign aims to inspire people to believe in their own power to effect positive change in the world.

The campaign features three trailblazing women, Shefali Shah, Bala Devi, and Anny Divya, who are united in their belief of the power of positive change. They are inspiring beacons of self-expression, resilience, and self-love, which are key emotional benefits of The Body Shop. The Body Shop is a unique brand founded by Anita Roddick in 1976. Its purpose is to fight for a fairer and more beautiful world.

The Body Shop India is expanding its presence in India and has more than 200 stores. The campaign will be launched on May 18th, 2023 and will run across all stores and digital platforms. Harmeet Singh, VP of Marketing E-commerce & Product, Asia South, The Body Shop, said, “With this new communication campaign in India, we are shedding light on how every individual can be a Changemaker in their own way.”
