Aarti Bagri is directing this Bollywood film. In the film, Fawad will be seen as a chef living in England. But Vaani’s character is yet to be revealed. Although this is Fawad’s ‘comeback’ film in Bollywood, the entire shooting will be done in Dubai and London. The pre-production work for the film has already started. The Pak actor said, “Yes, there is contact sometimes. Sometimes we talk in messages. Sometimes we talk on the phone. I have a very good relationship with the Kapoor family, and I enjoy it very much. Apart from this, I have a good friendship with Karna (Karna Johar) and Shakun (Shakun Batra). And there are a few producer friends with whom I often hang out. We also plan to meet somewhere sometime. So the communication remains.”
Aye Dil Hai Mushkil was released in 2016. Fawad caught the attention of Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor in this film.
