Tata Tea Premium plans to celebrate India’s 75-year post-Independence journey with its Desh Ke Dhaage campaign on Independence Day, celebrating India’s rich handloom legacy and bringing a colorful joy-ride of pride.

India’s cultural heritage is evident in its diverse arts, crafts, and music traditions, especially in handlooms. Tata Tea Premium – Desh Ki Chai pays homage to this art form with a limited-edition pack collection inspired by India’s handlooms on Independence Day. Puneet Das, President – Packaged Beverages (India and South Asia), Tata Consumer Products, said, “Each sip of Tata Tea Premium brings not just the taste of excellence but also the essence of ‘Desh ki Chai’, a cup that knits all of us together in a tapestry of love, unity, and pride.”

Mullen Lintas created a heartwarming TVC celebrating India’s vibrant handloom legacy, sung by singer Usha Uthup. The film showcases diverse handlooms, national pride, and skilled weavers’ craftsmanship. A curated collection of weavers’ weaves is available on OKHAI for purchase, with Tata Tea Premium contributing a percentage to the artisan community’s welfare.
