Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has launched the 2024 edition of its ‘Customer Care Mahotsav,’ a nationwide initiative aimed at enhancing customer engagement and after-sales services. The program, running from October 23 to December 24, will be hosted at over 2,500 authorized service outlets across India, offering a range of benefits including vehicle check-ups, driver training, and value-added services under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.
Fleet owners and drivers can take advantage of thorough vehicle inspections, tailored training on safe driving practices, and various other support services to improve operational efficiency. Executive Director of Tata Motors, Mr. Girish Wagh, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering best-in-class service, stating, “The Mahotsav strengthens our relationships with customers and adds significant value to their businesses.”
In regions like Kharagpur, a hub for industrial transport, the Mahotsav is expected to offer critical support to local fleet operators. The program’s focus on vehicle lifecycle management and operational efficiency will help reduce downtime and maintenance costs, providing a competitive edge in the local market.
