Tata Motors launches ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’ distinctive customer engagement program

Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has announced its ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’, a comprehensive customer engagement program for commercial vehicle customers. Scheduled from 14th January to 30th March 2024, this initiative will take place across all authorised Tata Motors service outlets across the country.

The Customer Care Mahotsav will provide a platform for fleet owners and truck drivers to engage and understand their needs. It offers benefits like vehicle check-ups by trained technicians, discounts on Tata Genuine Parts, and value-added services like Annual Maintenance Contract, Fleet Management Solutions, and Fleet Edge. Drivers will receive comprehensive training on safe driving practices, health check-ups, hygiene kits, and value propositions under the SampoornaSeva 2.0 initiative. Commenting on this distinctive program, Mr. Girish Wagh, Executive Director, Tata Motors emphasised, “We extend a warm invitation to all customers and drivers to actively participate and personally experience Tata Motors’ comprehensive range of offerings that we have meticulously crafted.”

Tata Motors’ SampoornaSeva 2.0 is a comprehensive care package that includes breakdown assistance, guaranteed turnaround time, annual maintenance contracts, genuine spare parts, and industry-leading services. It also offers Fleet Edge, a data-driven vehicle platform, empowering businesses at every stage.
