Tata Motors introduces the Ace EV in Nepal

Tata Motors has launched the Ace EV in Nepal, a zero-emission, four-wheel small commercial vehicle (SCV), marking its global debut. The electric version of the popular Ace is designed for eco-conscious companies and serves various intra-city applications. The first fleet of the Ace EV was delivered to customers in Kathmandu, marking Tata Motors’ commitment to sustainable mobility. The Ace EV is a green and smart transport solution for environmentally conscious companies.

The Ace EV, developed in collaboration with users and backed by a carefully curated ecosystem, provides a comprehensive e-cargo mobility solution. The Ace EV offers cost-effective last-mile deliveries and aims to achieve net zero carbon footprint. Its fleet is supported by a dedicated team for 24×7 support and state-of-the-art EVSCs.

The vehicle also features a telematics system for real-time tracking and efficient fleet management, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainability. Commenting on the momentous occasion, Mr. Anurag Mehrotra, Head – International Business, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle Business, said, “We are much encouraged with the support and response received from our customers in Nepal, with whom we begin this journey of zero-emission cargo mobility.”
