October, 2018: As an annual event, Tata Motors CVBU division celebrates National Customer Care day on 23 October every year. They do it to commemorate the day the company got its first customer. On this day they express gratitude to customers and initiate a nation-wide free service camp ‘Grahak Seva Mahotsav’ for all Tata commercial vehicle owners of India.
This unique customer centric initiative will take place this year at all Tata Motors workshops between October 23 and 29. At this service camp, CV owners can also avail attractive discounts on spare parts, labour and Profile Engine purchases. Beside this, Tata motors will launch its Grahak Samvaad campaign starting from 24 October. It will go on till 31 October.
