Tata Motors has launched the EzServe programme in Guwahati, a two-wheeler-based service offering customers a safe and convenient experience at their doorstep. The service, provided by Utkarsh Mototech Private Limited and Marwet Petroleum Agency, includes basic service, quick repairs, and issue resolution at the customer’s preferred location. Since April 2023, the programme has helped over 400 customers in the city.
The EzServe service is designed to save customers time and effort, offering a comprehensive kit for vehicle service and repair. The service includes three Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) utility boxes on the bike’s rear, which include spare parts, lubes, consumables, a vacuum cleaner, an eco-wash kit, a jack & jack stand, and various hand tools. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Tata Motors’ dealerships train in-house technicians for EzServe, with training from Diagnosis Expert Technicians (DET) and Customer Relations Managers (CRM). The course duration and content are determined based on the candidates’ skill matrix. An EzServe bike is operated by a Senior Technician, supported by a Senior Advisor and CRM.
