Tata Capital raised ₹15,511.87 crore through the IPO, which included a fresh issue of ₹6,846 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) worth ₹8,665.87 crore. The price band was set at ₹310–₹326. The IPO was subscribed 1.95 times overall, with QIBs leading at 3.42 times, NIIs at 1.98 times, and retail investors at 1.10 times.
