India’s most trusted jewellery brand from the house of Tata, Tanishqintroduced‘Pay from home’ service, a flexible payment option. ‘Pay from home’ service is an extension of Tanishq’sfuture-first consumer initiatives that wasintroduced recently. This ‘Pay from home’ initiative will allow customers in election states to complete the payment process from the comfort of their homes. Once the customer finalizes the jewellery either at the store or through Tanishq’s video calling facility and the consumer opts for cash payment, Tanishq will facilitate cash collection from the customers’ home.Through this service, Tanishq will enable customers to complete the payment process from the comfort of their homes during the election period. The national local retail jeweller is also giving the option of products to be delivered to the customer’s home. The launch will be piloted in select markets like Assam, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Keralaand West Bengal.
