TAKE Solutions Limited on Wednesday announced plans to build a scalable Unified AI Platform aimed at transforming India’s USD 370 billion healthcare ecosystem, aligning with the government’s IndiaAI Mission. The announcement comes amid the ongoing India AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi. The proposed platform will act as a one-stop digital infrastructure layer, enabling hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinical trial organisations and clinics to seamlessly adopt artificial intelligence solutions. The company said the initiative supports the vision of “Sarvajana Hitaya, Sarvajana Sukhaya” by ensuring AI-powered healthcare tools reach both urban and underserved communities.
The Healthcare AI Marketplace and Integration Layer will reduce adoption barriers and upfront costs. It will support diagnostics and pathology automation, clinical decision support systems, hospital workflow automation, clinical trial optimisation, and preventive healthcare scaling.
With the global AI in healthcare market projected to cross USD 180 billion by 2030, TAKE Solutions aims to position itself as a key enabler of India’s AI-led healthcare transformation while generating scalable revenues. In Guwahati, hospitals and diagnostic centres in the city are steadily increasing investments in digital health tools. Industry observers say a unified AI platform could help mid-sized healthcare providers in Guwahati improve efficiency, manage rising patient loads and adopt advanced diagnostics without heavy infrastructure spending.
