Strategic skilling partnership to boost Saudi Arabia’s workforce transformation

In a significant step toward Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, NSDC International (NSDCI) and Takamol Holding have entered into a strategic partnership to implement the Skill Accelerator Program, a key initiative aimed at transforming the Kingdom’s workforce. This program addresses the urgent need to align workforce skills with the evolving demands of industries across the country.

The Skill Accelerator Program focuses on bridging sector-specific skill gaps by co-developing effective skilling strategies and innovative delivery models. Through this collaboration, NSDCI will provide expertise in workforce analytics, curriculum development, and global benchmarking, enhancing Saudi Arabia’s human capital capabilities. This partnership strengthens India’s position as a leader in workforce development worldwide.

Mr. Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC, emphasized the shared commitment to shaping the future of global skills, while Mr. Alok Kumar, CEO of NSDCI, highlighted the strategic importance of the collaboration. Takamol’s Project Director, Ms. Hessah Alobaid, added that the partnership would equip Saudi workers for the future. In Guwahati, there’s keen interest in global skilling initiatives like this one, with local industries recognizing the potential of similar workforce development programs. As skilling needs grow, Indian companies, including those in the Northeast, can leverage global expertise to address sector-specific talent shortages, ensuring that they remain competitive on the international stage.
