Starbucks announces new “Classics” coffee range celebrating India’s rich heritage

Starbucks has launched its new range of “Classics” coffee beverages, designed specifically to resonate with the diverse cultural and sensory nuances of India as the brand marks its 12th anniversary in the country. This fresh lineup pays homage to India’s rich sensory heritage, marrying local flavors with the brand’s commitment to quality.

Crafted from the top 3% of Arabica coffee beans globally, the Classics menu promises a smooth and velvety finish. The offering includes the Classic Hot Coffee—a rich blend of espresso and milk—and the Classic Iced Coffee, featuring bold espresso complemented by jaggery and milk, with prices starting at INR 150. To enhance the coffee experience, Starbucks introduces a selection of Classic sandwiches, including Chilli Paneer, Spinach Corn, Paneer Tikka, Egg & Mayo, and Chicken Salad, ensuring a delightful visit for customers.

Sushant Dash, CEO of TATA Starbucks, emphasized the brand’s inspiration from India’s vibrant culture and diversity, stating, “The Classic beverages are inspired by and for India.” Since its inception in 2012, TATA Starbucks has expanded to over 454 stores across 67 cities, serving a blend of global and localized offerings.
