SRM University Sikkim has opened admissions for its 2026 batch of online undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, offering Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) courses through its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).
The university said the programmes are approved by the University Grants Commission’s Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB) and backed by a NAAC A+ accreditation, making them equivalent to traditional on-campus degrees. Graduates will also receive lifetime access to the SRM University Sikkim alumni network.
The online courses feature industry-focused curricula with specialisations in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Finance and FinTech, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Hospital and Healthcare Management, and Cyber Forensics. Designed for students and working professionals, the programmes use an AI-enabled learning platform with self-paced recorded lectures, weekend live classes, discussion forums, real-world projects and career support services.
Director of Online Education Dr. H. N. Udupa said the programmes were developed to combine academic excellence with flexibility, affordability and industry-relevant skills, enabling learners to advance their careers without interrupting their professional commitments.
The university has fixed the programme fees at Rs 1.10 lakh for the MBA, Rs 1 lakh for the MCA, and Rs 1.17 lakh each for the BBA and BCA, while also offering scholarships for eligible students. Admissions for the 2026 academic session are currently open through the university’s online application portal.
