Škoda Auto India has introduced a new pricing strategy for its popular models, the Kushaq and Slavia, aimed at enhancing accessibility and value for customers. The revamped lineup now starts at an attractive ₹10.69 lakh, reflecting a strategic move to make the brand more competitive in the Indian market.
Under this initiative, Škoda Auto India has rebranded the variants of Kushaq and Slavia as Classic, Signature, and Prestige, with additional models like Onyx and Monte Carlo catering to different customer preferences. The pricing adjustment applies across all engine and transmission options, offering potential savings of up to 10% depending on the model chosen. Petr Janeba, Brand Director at Škoda Auto India, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing superior quality and safety, with both models achieving a full 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP. The Kushaq and Slavia come equipped with advanced features such as six airbags as standard, ensuring comprehensive protection for occupants.
In addition to enhancing affordability, Škoda Auto India is preparing for future growth with plans to launch an all-new compact SUV in early 2025. The company aims to expand its customer base and appeal to younger demographics while maintaining a focus on sustainability. Their efforts include introducing E20 compliant engines and offering comprehensive warranty packages to ensure a hassle-free ownership experience.
