On November 10, Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang participated in the “Spiritual Empowerment for a Clean and Healthy Society” event held at Manan Kendra, Gangtok. Organized by the Social Service Wing of the Brahma Kumaris, the event focused on promoting individual and collective well-being through spirituality. During his address, CM Tamang emphasized the significance of holistic living, praising the event’s emphasis on inner peace as a foundation for a healthy society.
Distinguished speakers, including Dr. EV Swaminathan, BK Gireesh Bhai, BK Avtar Bhai, and BK Sonam Didi, highlighted the interconnectedness of spiritual, mental, and physical well-being, urging attendees to reflect on these aspects of their lives.“The messages shared today have illuminated the path toward a cleaner, healthier society,” said Tamang.
