Sikkim CM joins spiritual empowerment event in Gangtok

On November 10, Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang said he was really happy to be a part of the “Spiritual Empowerment for a Clean and Healthy Society” event held at Manan Kendra in Gangtok. The Brahma Kumaris’ Social Service Wing hosted the event, which united a thriving community committed to fostering both individual and group well-being via the transforming potential of spirituality.

The event’s emphasis on the value of leading a balanced life was praised by CM Tamang. He emphasized the deep insights that eminent speakers such as BK Gireesh Bhai, BK Avtar Bhai, BK Sonam Didi, and Dr. EV Swaminathan conveyed. These speakers encouraged audiences to consider the harmony between spiritual, mental, and physical well-being by highlighting the critical link between inner serenity and societal health.

Discussions during the event centered on creating a culture that values spiritual consciousness and well-being on all levels. Tamang also expressed his appreciation to the members of the Brahma Kumaris community who came from all across the nation to take part in the program, saying that their combined commitment and service made it a huge success. CM Tamang called on everyone to keep collaborating in order to uplift and empower one another, with the goal of creating a society that is both physically and spiritually healthy.
