Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Abhishek Ghosalkar was shot during a Facebook live session by Mauris Noronha, a business man on Thursday.
As per the live video, after opening fire on Ghosalkar, Mauris shoot himself to death. Later, Ghosalkar was taken to nearby hospital.
Following the incident, it is assumed that this comes after the Thane shooting incident, where BJP MLA Ganpat Gaikwad opened fire at Shiv Sena Eknath Shinde group functionary Mahesh Gaikwad inside a police station in Ulhasnagar.
