Saridon, India’s top headache relief brand, released its second national survey on stress prevalence in post-pandemic eras, examining its correlation with headache across diverse geographies and demographics.A report by HANSA Research, commissioned by a global market research company, analyzed stress levels among individuals aged 22-45 in India.
The study involved 5,310 respondents from 20 urban cities, revealing that 93% of those experiencing headaches experienced an increase in stress levels, directly linked to elevated stress levels. The report shows that 1 in 3 people experienced increased stress levels post-pandemic, with financial problems, work pressure, health issues, and family conflicts being major stressors. This highlights the need for effective stress management strategies.
Among the tier 1 towns, Mumbai is the only city with over 90% incidence of headache while Chennai follows closely at 89%, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Madurai, and Indore have the highest rates of headaches among tier 2 towns.
