Samsung is preparing to unveil the next phase of its AI-powered home appliances and television technology at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. JB Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, said the company’s AI appliances are entering a new turning point, offering more personalised and meaningful daily experiences for users. He also confirmed that Samsung will push the boundaries of television technology at its ‘The First Look’ event on January 4, 2026.
At CES, Samsung will present upgrades across its Bespoke AI lineup, including smarter fabric care, improved temperature control and easier cleaning features that work together through connected devices. Products on display will include the enhanced Bespoke AI AirDresser, Laundry Combo, WindFree Pro Air Conditioner and the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra robot vacuum. Samsung will also expand its Micro RGB TV lineup, reinforcing its leadership in premium home viewing.
The company will introduce the new Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub featuring upgraded AI Vision with Google Gemini integration, marking its first use in a refrigerator. The update strengthens food recognition and expands kitchen-based AI functions. In Kolkata, the city’s growing demand for premium smart appliances could benefit from Samsung’s AI-driven lineup. Retailers note that customers in urban neighbourhoods are increasingly choosing connected home devices for convenience and lifestyle upgrades. With AI-focused refrigerators and laundry systems, the company is expected to attract strong interest among Kolkata’s tech-aware families and young professionals. Mr Park added that over 10,000 engineers in India are contributing to Samsung’s AI advancements, with three R&D centres and a design centre shaping innovations for global markets. He said India will play an important role in building the future of smart homes and connected living.
