Samsung to unveil Gemini-powered AI kitchen lineup at CES 2026

Samsung today announced that it will showcase a next-generation lineup of AI-powered kitchen appliances at CES 2026, featuring upgraded vision-based capabilities built using Google Gemini and Google Cloud. The rollout will include refreshed models of its Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, upgraded OTR microwaves and slide-in ranges, and a new Bespoke AI Wine Cellar.

The Gurugram-based consumer electronics leader said the collaboration with Google marks a major step in AI-driven household convenience. “Samsung will reach a new level of innovation through this collaboration with Google Cloud,” said JeongSeung Moon, Executive Vice President and Head of R&D Team, Digital Appliances Business.

A key feature upgrade is the expanded food recognition ability of the Bespoke AI Refrigerator, which will be capable of identifying a wider range of items, including processed foods without manual registration. The system aims to simplify inventory management, detect user-labeled containers and deliver personalized cooking experiences.

The new Bespoke AI Wine Cellar will automatically recognize bottle labels, track storage positions and update SmartThings’ AI Wine Manager with curation suggestions. Samsung will also introduce refreshed stainless-look ranges and OTR microwaves, including improved ventilation under the DualVent system.
